Dr. Martin Bosompem is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension, , University of Cape Coast, Ghana with over 15 years of teaching, research and consultancy experience in Agricultural and Community Development Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluations; Climate-Smart Agriculture and Precision Innovations, Agribusiness & Entrepreneurship; and Agricultural Extension. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and completed an Exchange programme in Agribusiness in the University of Guelph, Canada. Dr Bosompem has done a number of consultancy services and research for both international and local NGOs, Development partners and governmental organizations. Notable among them are GIZ, DAAD/BMZ, Solidaridad West Africa; Plan International Ghana and Canada; ACDI/VOCA and USAID; EXIM Bank, Ghana; Nutrition Third World, Brussels, Belgium; Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research of Japan; Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Ghana; AngloGold Ashanti Ghana Limited. He has skills in the application of various quantitative, qualitative and mixed- methods approaches in research and consultancy. He also teaches the following courses in the in Graduate and Undergraduates levels: Monitoring and Evaluation of Extension Programmes; Project Design, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation for NGOs; Management of Community Development Organizations, Entrepreneurship and Community-Based SMEs, Proposal writing and Research methods etc. Statistics and Research Methods
