Amos Njuguna is a professor of finance and Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Research and Extension at United States International University – Africa (USIU-A). His research interests revolve around gender inclusive financial products, youth entrepreneurship, savings behavior, financial systems, and sustainability of higher education systems. He is also the Chair of the Network of Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa (NIERA) that is advancing work on decision focused evaluations of social and development programs. He is an author, co-author and co-editor of several books and papers. His most recent work include: gender inclusive entrepreneurship, quantification of gender bias, youth empowerment and Collaborative Inclusive Development Research.
